He is a Chartered Accountant, Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN), Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), and Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals. Commencing his career at KPMG Professional Services (formerly Arthur Anderson), he boasts over fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in Business Consulting, Financial Reporting, Business Strategy Formulation, Investment Management, Business Operations, Risk Management, as well as Financial Planning and Audit Services. His expertise extends across the Financial Sector, encompassing Insurance, Banking, Asset Management, Pension, and Real Estate. As a Finance Director, Mr. Osagie played a pivotal role in the roll-out of various Finance Transformation initiatives and the implementation of sophisticated planning and control approaches.<br /> Notably, he led numerous M&A projects in the insurance industry and spearheaded transformative business initiatives. Mr. Osagie, now assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer at IEI PLC, brings a wealth of expertise to steer the company toward operational excellence and sustained growth.
